Thursday, March 22, 2018. 14 Inches Of Snow On The First Day Of Spring. Well, so much for the first day of spring! A few weeks ago they called for a big snowstorm and we got. Mother Nature sure made up for it yesterday by giving us fourteen inches of snow! The afternoon before, I hit the grocery store and stocked up on the essentials; garlic, lemon, French baguette, and some Emmental and Gruyere.
